1. Terms of Service
- Order Processing: Orders within Cairo and Giza are prepared within 2 to 3 business days, subject to product availability and readiness for dispatch or delivery.
- Nature of Products: All 3D and 9D car seat covers offered on this website are finished imported products, designed to protect the vehicle interior without removing seats or disconnecting any electrical wiring.
- Installation: Customers may choose to install the product themselves, or use the professional installation service available exclusively at our Nasr City branch. Installation services are not provided outside the branch or through third-party installers affiliated with the store.
- Vehicle Warranty: The products are designed to preserve the vehicle warranty when installed correctly. Sh3ban Seat Covers is not responsible for any issues resulting from improper installation or installation performed by non-authorized parties.
- Shipping to Other Governorates: Delivery times outside Cairo and Giza vary depending on the customer’s location and the shipping company used, and may take additional time.
- Product Availability: In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be contacted promptly to offer a suitable alternative or a full refund without any additional obligations.
- Communication Standards: We are committed to providing a professional and secure shopping experience. Customers are expected to communicate respectfully. We reserve the right to cancel orders or suspend service in cases of inappropriate or abusive behavior.
- Proof of Purchase: Customers must retain their purchase invoice or digital payment receipt in order to be eligible for exchange or return services.
2. Exchange & Return Policy
- Time Frame: Customers may request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
- Product Condition: Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and include all accessories, tags, and original packaging.
- Exclusions: Exchange or return is not applicable to:
- Products that have been installed in the vehicle.
- Special orders or products sourced or prepared specifically upon customer request.
- Refunds: Once the product is received and inspected to ensure compliance with the return conditions, refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a maximum of 3 business days.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipping: Orders may be canceled free of charge as long as they have not yet been handed over to the shipping company.
- After Shipping: If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and return costs.
- Special Orders: Special or custom orders cannot be canceled once processing or sourcing procedures have begun.
