    Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation. Custom-made items may require additional time (communicated before checkout).

  2. Shipping Areas
    We ship to Cairo, Giza, and all governorates across Egypt. International shipping is not available.

  3. Shipping Rates
    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size. Flat rates may apply within Greater Cairo.

  4. Delivery Time

  • Cairo & Giza: 5–7 business days

  • Other Governorates: 7–10 business days
