Shipping policy

At Sh3ban Seat Covers, we are committed to preparing and delivering your orders with care, accuracy, and transparency. Please review the shipping and delivery details below before completing your purchase.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard orders: Orders are prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1 to 3 business days from the order confirmation date.
  • Custom or made-to-order items: These may require additional processing time. The estimated timeframe will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation or through direct contact.
  • Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays or official public holidays.

2. Shipping Areas

  • We deliver to Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and all governorates within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
  • International shipping is currently not available.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees within the Arab Republic of Egypt are calculated based on the order value, as follows:

  • Orders with a total value of less than EGP 1500: EGP 50.
  • Orders with a total value of EGP 1500 or more: EGP 100.

The applicable shipping fee is clearly displayed to the customer before checkout is completed.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once the order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Greater Cairo and Giza: 2 to 5 business days.
  • Alexandria and Delta cities: 3 to 6 business days.
  • Upper Egypt and other governorates: 4 to 8 business days.

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to operational circumstances beyond our control.


5. Order Tracking

We work with trusted local shipping partners to ensure safe delivery. Once your order is shipped, you may receive an SMS or WhatsApp message with shipment details or a tracking number, when available.


6. Shipping Issues (Damage, Loss, or Errors)

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can take appropriate action promptly.

If the issue is confirmed to be due to our error or a manufacturing defect, Sh3ban Seat Covers will bear all related replacement or return costs.


7. Accuracy of Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses and contact details at checkout. Sh3ban Seat Covers is not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
