2. Product Descriptions and Color Accuracy

We make every effort to display product images and specifications as accurately as possible. However, colors and the appearance of materials may vary slightly from the actual products due to differences in screen settings and photographic lighting. Minor differences that do not materially affect the product are not considered manufacturing defects. This does not affect customers' rights where a product does not conform to its advertised specifications.

3. Orders and Pricing

  • Order Processing: Ready-made products are generally prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier within an estimated 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times thereafter vary depending on the destination governorate and shipping carrier, as detailed in our published Shipping and Delivery Policy.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges vary according to the destination governorate and shipment category based on order value. The applicable shipping cost is displayed to customers before confirming their purchase.
  • Product Availability: If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed due to technical or logistical reasons, we will contact the customer to offer a suitable alternative or provide a full refund of the amount paid.
  • Pricing and Technical Errors: Product prices displayed on the website may be updated. In the event of an obvious technical pricing error affecting an order, we will contact the customer to explain the error and provide appropriate options in accordance with applicable law. If the order is lawfully canceled, the customer will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Ready-Made Products (3D / 9D): Eligible ready-made products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal conditions, exceptions, and our published Return and Refund Policy.
  • Custom Orders and Tailor-Made Upholstery: Products manufactured or customized according to specifications provided by the customer are subject to applicable legal exceptions regarding returns without a stated reason, provided they conform to the agreed specifications. Cancellation requests during production are handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms agreed upon with the customer before order confirmation.
  • Manufacturing Defects: Customers may request a return or exchange of defective products or products that do not conform to the agreed specifications within 30 days of receipt, at no additional cost, in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

5. General Conditions and Intellectual Property

  • We may take appropriate action in cases of website misuse or violations of these Terms of Service, including restricting access to certain services, without affecting customers' statutory rights or our obligations relating to confirmed orders.
