2. Product Display and Color Accuracy
We make every effort to display product images and specifications as accurately as possible. However, actual colors or materials may vary slightly due to lighting conditions or screen display settings. Such variations do not constitute a product defect.
3. Orders and Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders within Cairo and Giza are typically prepared within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery to other governorates may take additional time depending on the shipping provider and destination.
- Product Availability: If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you promptly to offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order resulting from a technical pricing error, with a full refund issued to the customer.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Ready-Made Products: Ready-made products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method after inspection, within a maximum of 5 business days.
- Special Orders: Products that are custom-prepared or supplied specifically upon customer request (Custom / Special Orders) cannot be canceled or returned once processing has begun, except in cases of a clear manufacturing defect.
- Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can take appropriate action.
5. General Conditions
- Sh3ban Seat Covers reserves the right to refuse or cancel service in cases of misuse, violation of these terms, or inappropriate conduct.
- Reproduction, duplication, resale, or exploitation of any portion of the website content or services without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
