Refund policy

At Sh3ban Seat Covers, we are committed to providing a professional and reliable shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for returns and exchanges, ensuring customer rights while aligning with the nature of our products.
1. Return and Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition and unused.
- The product must be free from any damage or signs of use.
- All original packaging, accessories, and labels, if any, must be included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not applicable in the following cases:
- Products that have been installed or used inside the vehicle.
- Custom or special orders that are manufactured, tailored, or prepared specifically upon customer request (Custom / Special Orders), once production has started, except in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
3. Return and Exchange Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges that are not related to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- In cases of a manufacturing defect or incorrect order, Sh3ban Seat Covers will cover all shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our quality control team:
- Notification: The customer will be informed of the inspection result and refund approval.
- Refund processing: The product value only will be refunded using the original payment method within 5 business days from the approval date.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
In such cases, Sh3ban Seat Covers will bear all related costs and offer either a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping fees, according to the customer’s preference.
