At Sh3ban Seat Covers (Sh3ban Car Seat Covers & Accessories), we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing a reliable shopping experience in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its Executive Regulations.

1. Returns and Exchanges Within 14 Days

Customers may return or exchange ready-made products, including 9D and 3D car seat covers, within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal provisions and exceptions.

Products should be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with all accessories and original packaging whenever possible.

2. Products Excluded from Returns

In accordance with applicable legal exceptions, returns without a stated reason may not be accepted if the product's condition has changed due to use or installation, or if the product was manufactured or customized according to specifications provided by the customer and conforms to those specifications.

These exceptions do not affect customers' rights regarding defective products or products that do not conform to the agreed specifications.

3. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

Customers may request a return or exchange of defective products or products that do not conform to the agreed specifications within 30 days of receipt, at no additional cost, in accordance with applicable law.

4. Return Shipping Costs and Refunds

Sh3ban Seat Covers covers return shipping costs if a product has a manufacturing defect, does not match the agreed specifications, or was supplied incorrectly due to an error on our part.

For returns requested without a product defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase and applicable law.

Return requests and product conditions will be reviewed where necessary. Eligible refunds will be processed within the timeframes and procedures required by applicable law, using the original payment method whenever possible.
